Ethics

Have you ever visited a castle or other monument and was disgusted to see it had been vandalized? Here are some ethics and tips.

Do not put grafitti of any kind on anything.
Do not pick up loose stones as souvenirs.
Do not throw trash on the castle grounds.
Do not climb on the castle.
Supervise the children.

Feel free to contact the organization that is reponsible for the caretaking of the castle. They may be able to undo the damage.

If you see someone damaging a castle, do not try to handle the situation yourself. Try to get their car plate number. Turn this in, along with any other information to the caretakers.
